Project Management for Successful Research

The director, Dr. Rodolphe Dewarrat, leads the workshop on the topic of "Time, Finances, Results, Team: Project Management for Successful Research" as part of the Transversal Program for the Development of Generic Skills of CUSO. This workshop gives an insight into the project management methods as well as the risks involved to anyone wishing to develop their project management skills.
